Building on his residency at LjurhallaFabriken during spring, Andreas Engman invites you back to The Noseless Dog Café for an experimental cooking session where we will explore the magic of cooking on rocket stoves made from logs. This communal workshop will continue LjurhallaFabrikens’ ethos of using co-design practices to build knowledge together. During the workshop, we will use what the season has in store for us and collectively design an outdoor kitchen, exploring different ways of cooking together using live fire from our rocket stoves. This public event is a continuation of Engman’s longstanding interest in commensality and the politics of food.
Andreas Engman is an artist, educator, and former chef living and working in Gothenburg.
Eating at The Noseless Dog Café is made in collaboration with Skogen.
